Located in Anse Latouche in a tropical garden, in the market-town of Carbet, the Madi-Creoles residence has 22 apartments all with sea views.
At the foot of the magnificent and imposing Mount Pelee, the location offers direct access to a small pleasant beach.
Our accommodation
With 20 comfortably furnished studios and 2 one-bedroom apartments our properties accommodate you in a quiet setting conducive to relaxation, and to enable you to make the most of your stay on our island.
The 20 studios are designed for 2 people (with the possibility of adding an extra bed).
Our 2 one-bedroom flats are designed for four people and are all air-conditioned. They are equipped with a television set, a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a terrace with a complete kitchenette, and sea view.
One of our studios is suitable for people with reduced mobility.
It is possible to rent 2 side by side connecting studio apartments.
Whether you are two or more, you will feel at home in our apartments!

Thanks to its rich history, the Northern Caribbean coast, has preserved its authenticity and relaxed lifestyle. You will enjoy visiting its markets, museums, and other places…
You will discover magnificent black sand beaches and stunning seabed. Bathers, swimmers, fishermen, sailors or mere boaters, there is something for everyone on our coasts.
The lush vegetation will delight experienced hikers, as well as lovers of simple walks and botany enthusiasts.
The Northern Caribbean coast is one of the preferred destinations of holidaymakers!

Very soon, a convenience store will open to provide you with basic necessities.
Dive in!
The residence harbours a diving club, which combines both experience and safety, as well as conviviality. Initiation or practice of diving will therefore be possible during your stay (depending on availability) thanks to our partner.
Locate us
The Madi-Creoles residence is located in the far north of Le Carbet.
It could not be simpler to get there: drive through Le Carbet towards Saint-Pierre along the beach, then go under a tunnel, our residence is on the righthand side just after the exit of the tunnel. (Before the zoo of Martinique).

Vous atterrissez à l’aéroport Aimé Césaire au Lamentin. Vous pouvez louer un véhicule et vous diriger en direction du Nord-Caraïbe. Suivez la direction Saint-Pierre.
Vous arrivez soit à Fort-de-France soit au Marin. Des taxis sont à votre disposition pour vous rendre à la résidence ou vous pouvez louer un véhicule.
