– Prices are listed in EUR and include all taxes but do not include the tourist tax.

– In order to guarantee a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the cost of the stay will be requested.

– Terms of payment: the payment of the balance of the stay as well as the tourist tax will be completed the day of your arrival. All additional services that may be consumed during your stay will be paid on the day of your departure.

– Cancellation:

* If cancellation is made more than 7 days before your arrival, the deposit will be refunded and no fees will be retained

* If cancellation is made between 7 days and 48 hours before your arrival, Madi-Creoles will keep your deposit.

* If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before your arrival, the full amount of the stay will be due.

In any case, in the event of cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

– No-show: In case of no-show on your scheduled arrival day, without any notification from you, the total amount of the stay will be due.

– Changes: in case you need to modify your reservation/stay, please inform us 48 hours in advance. The Madi-Creoles residence reserves the right to refuse any changes made within 48 hours, however, we will always do our best to meet with your needs.

– Event of Force majeure:

This refers to any event beyond the control of the Madi-Creoles residence and of an unforeseeable and insurmountable nature making it impossible to provide all or part of the services booked (climatic disaster, strike, riot, etc.).

In the event of force majeure, the Madi-Creoles residence cannot be held responsible for the non-fulfilment of the said services.
